If you're having trouble signing in to your Account on GetAssist, please follow the steps below.
- You can now enter the email or username that you have registered with GetAssist and we will send you an Email with a password link. You can open the Email, click on the link and set a New Password.
Note: If you registered using Facebook, please contact support for further assistance by using the help button on the bottom left hand side of the page, or email us at email@example.com
However, if you’re already logged in, and are just looking to change or update your password then please follow these steps.
- If you are logged in to your GetAssist account, click on your user name on the top right hand side.
- Click on Profile
3. You will then see the option to change your password on the left-hand side in an orange box. This will allow you to update your password. Please make sure that your password is at least 5 characters long, with one number. If you are having issues with resetting your password, please contact support for further assistance
